His experience includes developing aircrew and supporting international training efforts, providing a strong understanding of global airlift operations and partner nation requirements.

Reynaldo J. Peña

Chief Academic & Marketing Officer (CAMO)

Reynaldo J. Peña is a C-130 Flight Engineer Instructor/Evaluator with over 2,500 flight hours and extensive experience in aircrew training and course development. His background includes formal training environments and international aircrew engagement, bringing deep expertise in legacy airlift operations.
